Health calc plus is an interactive app for measuring your health risks based on your body measurements, age and gender.
Users can create their own profile and calculate their health nature using this health calculators. They are able to keep a history of their BMI.
Health calc plus offers a simple and intuitive calculator for determining the following:
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Daily Calorie Needs
- Ideal Weight 
- Waist to Hip Ratio- Body Fat Percentage

1. BMI ( Body Mass Index )

An individual can calculate his body mass index or BMI, which provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most of the people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. BMI is calculated using ASIAN and WHO standards.

2. Daily Calorie Needs

Daily Calorie Needs calculates the Daily Average Calorie needs of individuals. This calculator would be of immense use to those intending to lose weight. Calorie requirement may vary according to age, sex, height, weight and lifestyle.

3. Ideal Weight

Ideal Body Weight refers to the desired healthy weight/ weight range for an individual with a given height and body frame. Maintaining an ideal body weight will help you to lead a healthy life. An ideal body weight greatly reduce the risk for diseases like heart diseases, diabetes etc… Daily Calorie Needs is calculated based on BMI and HAMWI formula.


4. Waist to Hip Ratio

The Waist to Hip Ratio Calculator indicates your probable health risks. People with more weight around the waist have more health risk compared to the people who carry more weight around their hips.
